GENERAL POLICIES

• All rates are per room, per night.

• Taxes of 13% are not included in the rates.

• Children under 12 years sharing the room with their parents are free of charge.

• Christmas, New Year and Easter Week require full prepayment in advance.

• For the night of January 31st a surcharge applies to cover the New Year's Eve Dinner and Celebration, which is compulsory. Price: US $70 per person

• Rates are in US American Dollars.

• Rates are subject to chance without notice.

• All reservations must be prepaid 30 days before guest arrival.

• Rooms for guides or drivers 50 % discount upon request.

• All Group reservations must be guarantee with a deposit for the first night 45 days before arrival.

Individual reservations must be guarantee with a deposit in full 30 days before arrival..

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival refund of 50%.

• Between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival refund of 25%.

• Between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival refund of 12.5%

• 48 hours prior to arrival no refund.
