New Year and Easter Week require full prepayment in
advance.
- For the night of January 31st a surcharge applies to cover the New Year’s Eve Dinner and Celebration, which is compulsory. Price: US $70 per person

reservations must be made thru our reservation
form or by e-mail: reservations@potrerobay.com
- All
reservations must be prepaid 30 days before guest
arrival.
- Rooms
for guides or drivers 50 % discount upon request.
- All
Group reservations must be guarantee with a deposit
for the first night 45 days before arrival.
- Individual
reservations must be guarantee with a deposit
in full 30 days before arrival.

- Between
29 and 15 days prior to arrival refund of 50%.
- Between
14 and 8 days prior to arrival refund of 25%.
- Between
7 and 3 days prior to arrival refund of 12.5%
- 48
hours prior to arrival no refund.
